   Clyde Circus, the new dynamic pop-rock band hailing from the enchanted forests of
Sweden, are set to release their debut single, that pushes the boundaries of sound. With the
creativity of producer SmutsyO from Stockholm and the soul-stirring vocals of Adzokor
from London, Clyde Circus effortlessly blends pop-rock with choral ecstasy, creating an
otherworldly sonic experience.
Their debut single titled ‘FREEDOM’ is predicted to be a global phenomenon. With timeless lyrics
and message of unity and self-empowerment, FREEDOM is the song we all need right now,
wherever you are in the world.
FREEDOM was recorded at CandleLight Studios, a new creative and well-being hub in
Grängesberg, a former Mission Church. The band recorded the hit in both the newly built recording
studio and the main hall in the church.
Adzokor says: “We wanted to achieve a more authentic and glorious choral sound so we recorded
my voice singing about 10 different vocal harmonies from soprano to bass, but over and over again
in many different parts of the main hall. The guitar and drums were also recorded in the main
space in order to create our unique sound.”
This highly anticipated debut single, released by Candlewix Records, showcases CLYDE
CIRCUS's ability to seamlessly fuse genres, resulting in a sound that is both nostalgic and
innovative. Drawing inspiration from the lush forests of Sweden, the duo creates a musical journey
that is as mystical as it is electrifying.
Look out for their visually stunning music video which also defies expectations, almost slipping into
the ‘short film’ genre.
SmutsyO says: “We love telling stories so wanted to take the concept of the music video further by
building more story into it. We co-directed it and worked with videographer Alma Bjellerup. It’s
really special!”
